Welcome to Aurelle. By accessing or purchasing from aurelleco.store (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using our Site. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to purchase.

Products and pricing. We work to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.

Product use. Aurelle's ultrasonic cleaner is a cleaning device, not a medical or disinfecting device. Follow the included instructions and our usage guidance. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, including the use of hot water, toothpaste, alcohol, or harsh chemicals against our guidance.

Refunds and shipping. Purchases are covered by our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Aurelle and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
