Shipping Policy
Free shipping. Every Aurelle order ships free — no minimum.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery estimate. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier delays, holidays, or peak periods.
Tracking. A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at supportcentral.co@gmail.com.
Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help — contact supportcentral.co@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Lost or stuck packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
