Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Every order ships free from the USA with tracking. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Using the Sparkle Bath

Is it safe for my diamond engagement ring?
Yes. The Aurelle Sparkle Bath is designed for diamonds, solid gold, platinum, sapphires, and rubies. Gentle ultrasonic cavitation lifts away buildup without scratching the metal or loosening settings.

What jewelry should I NOT clean in it?
Avoid pearls, opals, emeralds, and any loose or glued stones, since ultrasonic cleaning can damage softer or porous gems. Every order includes a "What's Safe to Sparkle" card so you always know what belongs in the bath.

Can I use it on watches, gold, and necklaces?
Yes — it's safe for solid gold, platinum, and stainless steel, and the micro-bubbles reach watch links, clasps, and pavé settings a brush can't. For watches, just make sure yours is water-resistant before cleaning.

What solution do I use, and how long does it take?
Just distilled water with a single drop of mild dish soap — no special chemicals needed. Choose 3 minutes for an everyday refresh, 6 minutes for daily-wear rings and necklaces, or 12 minutes for heavily soiled solid-metal pieces.

How quickly will I see results, and is it loud?
Most pieces look noticeably brighter after a single 5-minute cycle, with heavily soiled items benefiting from a second run. The unit runs quietly with a gentle hum — about as loud as an electric toothbrush.
