The 60-Day Clarity Guarantee. Run your retainer, aligner, night guard, or mouthguard through one cycle. If it isn't visibly clearer and fresher than your previous routine within 60 days of delivery, email us at supportcentral.co@gmail.com and we'll refund your purchase in full — and you keep the unit. No need to ship it back.
Damaged or defective items. If your cleaner arrives damaged or stops working, contact us at supportcentral.co@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to start a refund. Email supportcentral.co@gmail.com with the name and order number used at checkout. Most requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
